Through each of these magazines, I tapped into my youthful spirit, delighting in the creative process and immersing myself in the whimsical worlds of color, fonts, and illustrative elements. I crafted ideas for every layout using basic formatted templates, had the privilege to art direct and collaborate with exceptional illustrators, directed cover shoots featuring kid TV personalities, and even got hands-on with creating some DIY projects for photoshoots. With complete creative freedom and serving as the sole creator and designer of these 90-page bi-monthly magazines, I discovered a profound sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, all while having fun creating them.
